We’re All Ears for Dialogues in Health Equity

The Johns Hopkins School of Nursing community comes from different ethnicities and different genders. We all have different abilities, different areas of expertise, and did all sorts of things before finding health care. As such, no two people have had exactly the same experience with the health care system.

Turns out, sharing our stories is powerful. The Digital Health Awards seemed to think so.

Dialogues in Health Equity, a blog series led by the Health Equity Faculty Interest Group, took home the bronze award for a blog series. Thanks to the faculty, students, and alumni who have lent their voice to the dialogue—who made us take note of the health equity and social justice work left to do. And thank you to Dialogues in Health Equity leaders Kamila Alexander, PhD, MPH, RN and Janiece Taylor, PhD, MSN, RN, FAAN, and On the Pulse editor Sydnee Logan, MA.
