Dean Patricia Davidson and Associate Dean for Research Nancy Glass recently returned from China where they were attending the International Nursing Forum of Global Consortium for Chronic Care. The forum, co-hosted by the JHSON, the Sun Yat-sen University School of Nursing, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University School of Nursing, and Faculty of Health University of Technology Sydney, centered on “chronic care” and brought together nursing leaders to discuss pressing issues in the management of non-communicable diseases.
Davidson also attended the East Asian Forum of Nursing Scholars, which focused on advancing doctoral nursing education. While at the conference, the tweeting dean hung out with students from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Chiba University.
